Midwife-Led Antenatal Workshops

Alongside our antenatal courses, Baby On Board offers a series of expert-led antenatal workshops for parents who want focused preparation in a specific area.
These sessions are designed specifically for pregnancy — helping you prepare for birth and the early weeks with your baby before your baby arrives.
Workshops are open to all families, including those who:
want to explore specific topics in greater depth
prefer to attend individual sessions rather than a full course
have attended antenatal classes elsewhere but still have questions
would value preparation led by practising midwives
A clinically grounded antenatal workshop focused on understanding normal infant sleep and preparing parents for the early weeks with realistic expectations.
Rather than sleep training or rigid routines, this session explores how newborn sleep actually works and how parents can respond to their baby’s needs with calm confidence.
This workshop is led by an expert midwife who is also a qualified infant sleep consultant.
